Recent updates have changed the transfer feature. Previous you had the flexibility to transfer any amount between accounts. Now however it's limited to preset amounts that do not provide enough flexibility. I don't know if this was an oversite or an intentional change but it overall makes the feature less useful with seemingly no benefit at all. :c The app still does have other very useful like the ability to check credit score and recent credit changes as well as a very intuitive UI.

I LOVE the TVA app, I've been using it for about 5 years. It's so user friendly and I love being able to transfer money and deposit checks instantly. My only complaint is a few weeks ago, they updated the transfer money section, and it's incredibly confusing looking now. There was nothing wrong with it before and even as a 24 year old, it's a little baffling to deal with now

after the update, I'd log in and noticed our "account" page has a lot of overhead, they need to fix that, this wasn't a problem in the past. currently, you have to scroll down about 3/4 of the page to get to your banking info.I do love my bank, but sometimes I hate this app. last few months were great before this, and, I really hope they fully integrate the "control my card" into KTVAECU app itself so we don't have to use another 3rd party app to do it.
