The app is easy to navigate but it has AWFUL update issues. Good luck getting into your accounts cause it will often tell you to try again later as it currently has "errors." I understand technical issues, and I get that, but come onnnnnnn...I'll be in the middle of budgeting my weekly ledger of what's been spent while needing to review my bills and transactions but NOPE!!! Budget your bills LATER, A#+hole, and don't even THINK about trying the phone cause you're screwed there also.

Every time there is an update I have a difficult time getting signed in to my account. Typically I have to uninstall and re-download the app a couple of times before I get the login screen. This last update has been the worst. I have gone through the same process multiple times, I was able to sign in twice, and now I'm getting the same error message again (Service error: 404 - not found). Hopefully you are able to fix this problem. Otherwise, this app works perfectly and I use it every day.

after the update, I'd log in and noticed our "account" page has a lot of overhead, they need to fix that, this wasn't a problem in the past. currently, you have to scroll down about 3/4 of the page to get to your banking info.I do love my bank, but sometimes I hate this app. last few months were great before this, and, I really hope they fully integrate the "control my card" into KTVAECU app itself so we don't have to use another 3rd party app to do it.
