worst service. on the app store dosnt say is for Canada and us only.i payed for one month to watch the match and when I tried to log in it said subscription expired 😳. and when tried to contact them only had us and Canadian phone nr which says is mot correct. I want my money back.is any gone activate my account or refund me back?I didn't buy this for nothing

Worst customer service. Right after purchasing the service I realized some of the channels they have are not available in Canada ( tring sport ) so I cant watch Serie A football the only reason I bought the service. So after 5 min from subscription I called customer service and been told that they are going to process my refund. Ive been calling and calling and they dont give me the refund. So the advertisement they have ( trial period ) is a total bull and basicly you get scammed.

This is a very good app specially if you have the subscription for multiple devices. I am very soddisfied being their customer because they have lots of interesing channels and tv programs. So, from my experience, I suggest Tv Alb subscription because you can watch it everywhere and don't miss your favorite program
