Suddenly today afternoon i received a notification from Google play that my subscription has been canceled! Then i open up my tvb anywhere app and tried to subscribe through Google play again & the system shows that my subscription is successful. Despite that, I'm still unable to watch any programmes through the app & pair with my smart tv!!! TVB TOOK MY MONEY & YET I CAN'T WATCH ANYTHING. I REALLY FEEL CHEATED!!! WHAT HAPPENED!!!??? GET BACK TO ME!!!

The app isn't stable at all through phone. Usually it will run after I open and close the app few times. But today is worst!! The app doesn't run at all when I open it. 16 Dec 2023, the app is worst now! TVB, can you do something about it? Apps cannot open at all even I on and off it.

After pay to subscribe the plan still force to watch ads. Hate some of the ads products instead because some ads video is unable to skip and keep repeating. Pls do something.
