PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE TVCABLE. Me parece innecesario y ridículo obligar al cliente a descargar una aplicación solo para agregarle pasos a su servicio de atención al cliente, para disque escanear la red, como si eso no lo vienen haciendo hace años por sus propios medios... repito, RIDÍCULO E INNECESARIO. ahorita mismo desinstalo está app y espero pronto cambiarme de proveedor de internet.

Me dicen que la instale pero nunce ha funcionado, solo llega al 2do punto y siempre dice que hubo un problema de conexión y que intente nuevamente. Por gusto, dn mi caso.
