App Needs Periodic Re-installation I use the app all the time but it needs to be reinstalled periodically to keep working properly. Program listings are normally correct. I've tried to set my favorite channels but the unmarked channels still show up on my listings. Program descriptions that are available on some other TV listing apps are missing for some channels . Help and Support does not work. I've tried to send messages but will I get is the spinning circle when I try to submit a request/comment
Great application so far I was extremely happy to find out I no longer have to go on the website to find the TV Listing if I'm in the other room or just don't feel like messing with the remote. So far this app is great. Being able to see what's new tonight, episode listing, color coded, adding channels and shows or movies to my favorites. Also the alarms are a really nice touch. I'm definitely impressed with it, more so than I thought I would be. Wonderful application! There is however one issue I dislike - it rotates with auto off
Bug in v4.1.2 When tapping on a program in the list, multiple instances of the program details will be loaded, each one with a "click" sound, resulting in a rapid-fire staccato effect. I think TV Guide may be loading a detail screen for each commercial that appears at the bottom of the screen! My touchscreen works fine with all other apps!
Top of the list for TVGuide app, but needs small changes It's great 2hav an app making it easy 2find what I want2 watch. I love the change that keeps the time bar locked at the top. It does have TWO small flaws thou. The biggest, 1) It has a blank bar at the bottom of the screen which takes up the space of almost three lines of channels ( What's the purpose? I don't see one.) 2) It doesn't allow you to change from the view from 2 hr's to 3 or 4hr's, especially with tablets in portrait mode. * * * Fix these and I'll increase my rating * * *
Was 4 stars..down hill to 1 star App was great but... Notifications (the best part)have been out for a while now..i have remove &reinstalled 3 times.. even open another acct. I HAVE SENT EMAILS TO YOU BUT YOU NEVER RESPOND AS THO SOMEONE DOESN'T CARE
Won't Load For some reason, when I opened this up to check the TV listings, it had me set it up again by asking for my zip code. But when I do, the load status bar only goes 1/2 way across and stops. My wife can access this program on her phone, so why can't I? I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. She is using a Motorola Moto X and is about 2 years old. So maybe this app doesn't work on new phones. If anyone is interested, TV Guide Plus seems to work better. It's the one with the yellow icon.
