Was working fine. Now the time for shows was 3-hours off. Tried to reset location and got an error message. Uninstalled and installed again and now I get no listing at all! Too buggy. Administrator needs to fix this if they want to keep users! 👎
I would love the app if it would only open more. The app fails to open 80% of the time. I have to open and close ot numerous times if I want to check it out. Also, TvGuide does a terrible job on their Bios. Most of them have a link but no picture nor info. Kinda shameful.
App was working fine until the other day, after which it consistently showed listings in the Eastern time zone despite my settings being for Mountain. Tried reinstalling and now I can't even get past the setup, after either using location data or giving my zip code I get "an error has occurred" and am stuck. I give up.
When I set up an alert for a show it doesn't come up to remind me of my show. App freezes up constantly. When I put in a show I know is on TV it says "no shows found". When I hit the back button it won't go back even after several tries. Uninstalling.
This was a wonderful app prior to yhe last upgrade, now, 9 times out of 10, just doesn't want to load. Jan 2017 - no change. March 2018 - Still has same loading issues. I have 100% charge, all bars, have closed out everything and still after 8 attempts- doesn't load. Phone asked if I wanted to report it and keep doing that, alas, to no avail.
This app used to work well. Maybe they've had one too many updates. For the past 14 months the app gets stuck in an endless loop when loading the TV Guide. However, the ads have no problem loading. I've written to Help and Support several times, but unfortunately there has been no response.
