Extremely simple GMC Monitor gives you access to live radiation measurements from a private Geiger counter located in Viborg, Denmark. The app displays the latest data in real time – both in microsieverts per hour (µSv/h) and counts per minute (CPM) – directly from a self-hosted server, without the need for login or user data.
The app is nonprofit and 100% free to use. It does not collect personal information and contains no advertising.
🟢 Live data is updated every minute
🟡 Color-coded status: Normal, Elevated, High, Critical
🔔 Notifications at high values (Android 13+)
📊 Historical graph of the last 30 measurements
Data comes from a GMC device with M4011 and J707 Geiger-Müller tubes, connected to a Linux server that logs and evaluates the values continuously.
The app only requires an internet connection and works without login, registration or behind-the-scenes third-party services.
