Terrible. Shows I have a reservation and a confirmation number, but when I get to the hotel, no reservation. When I try to give hotel staff the confirmation number, it doesn't even match their format. It's no help. I'm told I can submit a report on the app but can't find anywhere to do so. To be fair, this might be because the app is incredibly slow and constantly crashes, preventing me from looking around at its "features."

This app is straight up garbage. It takes forever for it to load. The "loading" message is up for at least 2 minutes before it finally brings you to the main menu. God forbid you select anything from the menu to view. If you do, might as well go smoke a 20lb brisket because that will be cooked before whatever menu you select loads.

Worst app on the planet. This is quite possibly the slowest most useless piece of technology ever created by man. For the tiny amount of information it has to deliver it takes an eternity to present it. It freezes, it closes automatically if you go to another app while you wait. I hate, hate, hate this app with every cell in body.
