This app and the Roku app does not work after the update from 1 1/2 week. When I tried to watch live or an episode on any show , it says "unauthorized" even after I signed in to my cable provider; my cable account is active. When I try to send an email through support, the message is undeliverable. Get it together and fix your stuff! Update 10/04/2024 *** Still is NOT FIXED!

This is one of my favorite channels to watch, but THIS APP SUCKS!!! I have to sign in with my provider every time I watch it, even if I close it and open it right back up. Then it acts like it can't connect to wifi although all of my other apps do. It's a shame that the programming salutes Black excellence but its performance is the prime example of the way you DON'T want to be viewed. 8/9/24 The app is acting up again. This time it opens fine but the screen goes blank after login. SMH

As a channel, I love TVOne. The throwback tv show marathons, music shows, movies, and true crime really are top tier. The issue is the app. I've tried several times to log in with my tv provider like I've done with other apps(tlc, NBC, hbo max, etc.), and once I type in the password, nothing happens. The screen on my phone or computer goes blank and does not connect to the app in order for me to watch shows. There are episodes of Unsung & ATL Homicide I want to catch up on & rewatch.
