This is the app to use! (as far as I can tell from the last 2 minutes of downloading the app lol) I tried another app and it wouldn't even let me turn on the TV without wanting to charge me. Comments says there's ads but in the short time of turning on the TV and going to Paramount, I haven't seen any

I couldn't get it to work and the ads were pretty inconvenient. I ended up having to navigate away from my browser opening up aggressive sites after an ad flash while I wasn't paying attention to the application. The TV started auto closing channels and forcing me to the main menu, as well. Might be an unrelated issue, but it only started happening when I tried this program.

When it works, it works just fine. Been having intermittent connection issues as of late. Update: app continues to stop working with my television. When I disconnect the TV from the app and try to type in the ip address manually, it tells me that there is no Roku device with that IP address even though I used the same address to connect it in the first place 07-29-23 *update* App just stopped working. Will not connect manually to TV even though they are both on the same WiFi network.
