I first tried connecting the TCL roku tv automatically over wifi, but it couldn't find the device. Fine, I'll connect manually. I did and it worked flawlessly for two days. The ads are EXTREMELY excessive and annoying, but I just needed this app until our friend brings our remote back so I dealt with it. That is until the app just randomly stopped working. I restarted the app and my phone multiples, and also tried disconnecting and reconnecting the device. Device failed to connect even manually.

It's good, but there were ads every 5 times or so when you press on any buttons. I did purchase the full app, however, even after paying for the full version of the app, the TCL remote does shut off the TV, but it still does not turn on the TV. After fixing the TV settings and turning on the Fast TV control setting. It was able to turn on the tv.

Ugh. Dropped my remote in my coffee, so now the volume doesn't work and there's no way to do it on the TV itself. This app has a ton of stupid ads, but it's the only one that's connected to my TV. If I don't use it for a day, I have to unpair it from my TV, do an internet check on the TV, then enter the IP on the app, then close the app, then reopen it again. THEN it works. All just to change the volume.
