What an useless app. The app has so many glitches. Even to make the payments I have to struggle a lot. Bad UI/UX. Several features don't work in the app even though they exist. Not only this, but after making an EMI payment (through UPI), I received a message for payment bounced. Now, I'll have to pay the penalty to the bank for the same. A few months ago it deducted money twice. I regret using TVS Credit service. Not recommended even though you need it the most.

I've submitted my form multiple times, the agent connected over the call, she said one of the field agents got connected with me soon, it's been 3 days, none of them reached out to me. Not happy with their service, as they mentioned 4 hours policy, it doesn't work as they mentioned.

It is a very bad app. Even though I pay the installments on time, ECS charges are imposed and even though the loan amount is paid, I have not been given the agreement yet and No dues receipt if I want an agreement or No dues Rece, they say I have to pay Rs. 250. The salesmen are also so rude that they do not guide properly. Even after paying all the money, these people do not give No dues receipts, only asking About money, and received msg on wp about EMI due alert, cheap Please do not take them
