One word.. Worst. Literally took 5 tickets and 2 phone calls for them to understand that not all RTOs accept softcopy NOCs, after I typed everything in caps. Then 3 tickets to update current address in 3 different places. And in the end for them to send the physical copy to old address anyways. They are that incompetent. Edit on May 3rd: Another round where they sent NOC to wrong address. Looks like they don't want to get the vehicle hypothecation removed.

Insta card credit limit approved with 40k last year but while trying for transfer or transaction, it's getting error always. No proper response from anyone, have called and checked with call center they asked to visit branch for clear details but the branch staffs are started they don't have details only call center support will do. All waste of time and bad services. If my cibil or any my transaction issue, than why u guys given credit limit and sharing daily offers and credit limit promotion.

Pathetic service, emi was due on 3rd and amount was there in account but they did not deduct. Later on 4th they charged my account with extra bounce charges but in app it was still showing unpaid, then again they charged my account on 8th again for full emi with charges and still it is showing unpaid. I am continuing getting ecs charges and I am fed up. I have called thousand times but their IVR don't allow to connect with agent and they not responding on emails, no option to connect with them.
