TVS Connect is an app to experience the products and services of TVS Motor Company. It brings to life the power of TVS SmartXonnect - India’s first 2-Wheeler connected technology making the riding experience easier, exciting and safer.

TVS SmartXonnect enabled vehicles – TVS iQube, TVS X, TVS Ntorq 125, TVS Jupiter Grande, TVS Ronin, TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and TVS Apache RR 310 BS VI, provide a host of features and insights customised for each of these brands.

SmartXonnect leverages the vehicle telematics unit of EVs to enable live vehicle tracking, Battery SOC, ride statistics, crash alerts, geofencing, charging status and more.

With Bluetooth pairing users experience Navigation Assist, Caller ID, SMS notifications, last parked location, ride statistics, crash alert, ease of service booking, voice assistant and more, riding and maintenance become intuitive.

• Access ride statistics on top speed, average speed, best ride performance, ride distance, and driving modes (Available for iQube & TVS X).
• Update your photo on TVS Connect App.
• Use Voice Asistant to ask certain commands related to last caller details and other other hands-free experiences.
• Ask 'Hey TVS' voice assistant about who is your last caller and dial any phonebook number (available for iQube S).
• Claim Loyalty Rewards if you are eligible.
• Add Emergency Contacts using Phonebook.
• View incoming call notifications directly on your vehicle Speedometer.
• Reject incoming calls with while riding.

This is a useless app. I have TVS RONIN BIKE in which I tried to connect BLUETOOTH in all ways but in no way does it connect to BLUETOOTH 'TVS CONNECT AAP'. We pay extra for all the Bluetooth features but they don't get the benefit of this Bluetooth feature. If you get so many complaints from customers, please improve the app or give us back the extra money we paid for the Bluetooth feature. If Bluetooth Connect is difficult, please explain how to connect via video

This will help us understand your issue in detail.

The App design is good but the app is running in background and when the app is running, it continously access the mobile location and nearby bluetooth devices due to that 50% of my mobile battery is consumed. Really the team has to come up with the solution for that. Or else the usage of the app will be reduced.

When vehicle is turned on/off, we would receive a notification where(location) it was turned on/off. Currently I am receiving blank notification without location update when turned on/off. Look into this ASAP, as this feature is very handy and beneficial which updated me whenan where my vehicle was turned on/off.
