You can't just open the screen to a default selection of cameras, you have to click icon, click mode, click selection, play, wait for it to load in agony, until it finally has... Long after the alarms stop. It's horribly glitchy when it does load. If you don't log out, the app does not perform, locks up, and you have to reset the whole thing. Time stamps are incorrect so trying to playback & match times is agony! FIX IT PLZ!

It's working but it stops pretty often. I have other apps running in background all the time, that is Android 7.0 for.. the other thing is not recording..I installed it on iPad and a couple of Android devices, it behaves differently.. went on their site and, besides almost every word is misspelled, they ask for $49.99/min of chat and $99 for remote something..so, I took off the encouragement as I won't encourage thieves!! It doesn't work at all on Android Pie, the developer wasn't able to update it!!

This is the most unreliable, piece of garbage app for a security system. The interface is terrible and makes it difficult to use. So often the app doesn't work and I cannot view my cameras which makes having a security system completely useless. I get various error codes and cannot find any documentation of what they mean and how to correct them. This developer has NOT updated the app in over 2 1/2 years as of Oct 2018! Are you kidding me?? It seems no one can get in touch with the developer either and obviously doesn't care. When I can get the app to work, it's often very slow to load up and slow to change cameras. Do yourself a favor, if you got security cameras installed and this is the app to go with them, find something else. You will regret it.
