1. App for Managers and Administrative Staff (Management and Control) Take the office with you. Designed for Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and HR, this interface allows you to manage teams remotely and in real time.
Instant Approvals: Review and authorize vacation requests, leave requests, and incident justifications with a single tap.
Operational Incident Management: Create maintenance or security tickets within residential properties (e.g., lighting, leaks) and assign responsible parties.
Real-time Monitoring: See who is present at each location, consult employee history, and receive alerts for tardiness or absences.
Internal Communication: Receive corporate announcements and important notifications directly on your mobile device.
iPad 2. Fixed Tablet Panel (Kiosk Mode): A fixed interface located in the security booths and service areas of each condominium.
Biometric Registration: Exclusively for operational staff (Security and Cleaning). Entry and exit registration is performed using high-precision facial recognition, eliminating physical contact and guaranteeing employee identity.
