The easy to use mobile app enables customers the ability to capture videos of the contents of their homes and quickly receive quotes.

Military move required the use of this app. Will need to call resolve. It looks fine when you start using it. The videos show a check mark and a progress bar but the final upload will have hiccups requiring you to start over. When you finally do get an "Alert Success" notification, it doesn't feel accurate because when you close out of the app and reopen, you're looking at a blank "Video Archive" page instead of your past uploads. This experience added stress to the move and is not recommended.

App gives moving companies a reason to do less work and charge the same amount. It's more a comment on the purpose of the app then the functionality, but as long as products exist to make companies less involved in the process the quality will continue to decline. Moving is stressful enough and if I had a choice any company that uses this app would immediately be off the list of professionals I would choose from. Unfortunately, military members don't get a choice.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY. Absolute trash. If they ask for a virtual tour for moving purposes from any moving company. If they are claiming this is for covid, it's a lie. If your household and the people coming to inspect are vaccinated, there shouldn't be a problem. I've only uploaded these videos 3 times and it's been 4 hours. Idk if its good or not. If you exit, it doesn't stay downloading, you have to start over. There's nothing that shows the progress or whether the company gets it.
