Tried to fix an issue by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Didn't fix the issue and the updated app is NOT user friendly. Very difficult to navigate compared to older version. Had no issues with older app until today, and the fix I was given just made things worse. Please go back to the older version!!!

Update: since the latest update this app has greatly improved. You can even make payments and reserve a vacation in the app.. App is great for making reservations and planning vacations. But that is all, you cannot make payments or look at your contract. And the app hardly ever works.

Doesn't work. Logged in and my reservation wasn't there. Entered the confirmation number and had to get permission to access it... from myself. I gave myself permission and I still can't see my reservation. Completely useless and frustrating.
