Hello, first off I want to say I absolutely love the Christmas Tree and your app. But I've ran into a couple pretty big problems this year. The first one is when I've downloaded a preset design/pattern that I really like I get a error message. It won't even let me try it out, and definitely won't let me download it. That is such a bummer too because y'all have added so many cool designs/patterns that my kids really like and then we go to check one out and Bam, error. The other problem I'm havis

So I purchased 2 of your music dongles in the past but they didn't work the greatest. NOW you have effects that have " built-in " music modes, which is AMAZING but..... PLEASE make it so if the mic is allowed in permissions we can apply the effects WITH the music mode on and PLEASE make it so I don't have to sit with your app open for it to work. I'd love to apply and close ( even run in the background ) the app to enjoy the show or just be able to use my phone for other things.

The last two years have been great, but this year has been awful. Same lights, but this year it took me four hours total to get three strands working. I had to set up a dedicated 2.4GHz network just to get the things on WiFi, and it took many, many tries with the setup flow in the app for each. Just awful.
