Clocky signs you in with your work Microsoft account. There's no public sign-up — your organisation sets up access, so if your workplace uses Clocky, you're ready to go.

HOW IT WORKS
• Clock in and out with two taps — a quick photo confirms it's really you
• Your location is checked only at the moment you clock, never in the background
• Working somewhere with poor signal? Clock events save on your phone and sync automatically
• See your day, your week, and your running totals in a clean timesheet
• Managers review anything unusual and export hours straight to payroll

PRIVACY, PLAINLY
• No background location tracking — a single reading at clock-in and clock-out only
• Clock photos are visible only to your manager and deleted after 90 days
• No new passwords — sign-in uses the work account you already have
