Avalon was born from the desire to make pizza a moment of special encounter: in our pizzas the flavors, colors, stories and joy of people meet. We use only high quality products and, where possible, we always choose slow food products. The dough of our pizza rests for several hours before being processed according to the teachings of the Pizza New School, the high training school for pizza makers, and this makes it soft and elastic. Each pizza follows the seasons and that is why some of our recipes change. We season them raw to enhance all the flavors. Lorenzo loves his pizzas and Paolo will do anything to make you feel good. This is Avalon, this is us.
