"Ciborobico was born with two great aspirations: on the one hand, to make up for the lack of a neighborhood food shop in the Villaggio degli Sposi district, and on the other, to build an inclusive place of experiential training dedicated to people with fragility. The shop is a shop that passes on the Bergamo traditions and where sustainable realities find space: you can buy 0 km products from the Bergamo valleys, organic and fair trade products.
With the supervision and support of educators, the client is served by employees and interns with fragility who take care of them, dedicating attention and dedication to each one.
The ethical character of Ciborobico thus combines with the social one, triggering a virtuous mechanism of inclusion thanks to the support of a solid neighborhood network.
A job placement context such as that of assisted selling, completely innovative compared to the socio-employment services present in the city, puts employees and trainees to the test by offering them a safe space in which to experiment and develop their relational skills and at the same time encourage their entry into the labor market."
