Absolutely hopeless app. Impossible to log-in. I've tried logging in in various ways, Email, Facebook etc. Every time it says log-in failed which makes it impossible to collect rewards or access discounts. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no success and I consider myself reasonably capable when it comes to tech. This puts me off visiting Toby and we'll eat elsewhere.

Carvery is amazing, app is rubbish. It's always very buggy. Today's example was it said it was "downloading images" and wouldn't load for ages. One thing that is frustrating is that, even though I'm logged in, it doesn't save any of my details when booking a table so every time I have to manually enter all my information. I don't understand this because with the harvester app, it can pre fill your details in when booking and the harvester app is literally the same design as the carvery app!

Unfortunately app STILL not fit for purpose. The app is OK to make bookings which I've done many times. I recently decided to register my details so I could receive offers but when I try to register it takes all the details and even sends a verification code, which enters, but then completely hangs up with a little spinning wheel which never stops. I had exactly the same on my Windows laptop so I've given up as a bad job. TOBY, SORT YOUR APP. THIS CUSTOMER IS VERY PISSED OFF.
