Spit! is an implementation of the popular card game Spit or Speed or Slam: a fast paced games for two players in which the aim is to get rid of your cards as fast possible. The players do not take turns - physical speed and alertness are required to play faster than your opponent. On each deal, by being first to play all your stock pile cards you can reduce the number of cards you have in the next deal. By being successful for several deals you can eventually get rid of all your cards, thereby winning the game.

Ratings and reviews

This game is entertaining. It can however be very frustrating. Frequently the game will give itself a hand where all but 2 or 3 cards have gone into the game pile before I can get 1 playable card. It really messes with my sense of fair play and distracts me. I still enjoy playing and would recommend this game. I switch over to another game when I get too annoyed with this games cheating.

It's was great. Now, all of a sudden, my side is in slow motion. No matter how fast I try and move the cards, they don't land on the pile. The opponents card goes under mine while my just hover. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. Was one of my favorites.

The game was fun and addictive especially because I could spend all day playing trying to beat my fastest score of the day so I improve on the leaderboard. They changed it so only my first score of the day counts on the leaderboard now so I do not play it often now.
