This game was programmed by people who cannot do simple math. I've been watching this for a while. Each level gives you a slide to multiply your gems by. It claims to be x2, x3, and x5. Watch closely. When it is over the x5, it shows a value. However, the value it shows is only x4. But it is easy to hit. It lingers just long enough to make it easy to get x5 (actually x4). But after you watch the ad, you only get x2. It lies. If you want a 5-star rating, fix the x5 multipliers.

I use an ad blocker to avoid the ads, but the game is still cheeks. There are frequent bad angles, the chess pieces are too expensive compared to the rewards you get at the end of each game, and the game is frequently buggy. But, thanks to my ad blocker, its a decent enough game to pass time with if youre not interested in investing in a game

Don't bother with ad free. You will have to watch tons of ads for any real progress. Balance is way off. In about 10 rounds, the cost of new pieces is quickly over 200 each, yet you earn about 30 coins per round. So after day 1, I'm having to play 7 or 8 rounds for one new piece (and you need dozens to keep up with the strength of enemy. Plus, they offer rewards for videos that you cannot decline (even with ad free) for upgrades. This game borders on a scam.
