Forward is an innovative game in which you will progress through a procedurally-generated dungeon in the form of cards. Move your character from one card to another and keep going forward while avoiding attacking enemies. However be careful, each card will have specific effects making each move important and strategic.

Your goal is to clear the 8 levels of a dungeon, each level getting increasingly difficult. In order to succeed, you will have to choose which move to make, which item to pick and use your skills. Each choice is critical.

Take advantage of many items combinations and build the best character possible based on your goal and the cards you’ll come across.

The game is based on the 2022 PC game Forward: Escape the Fold which was received very positively. Developed by Two Tiny Dice, its success prompted the developer to bring the game to mobile.

Wow, What a pleasent surprise, an rpg extract. This is the perfect mobile game. dungeon crawling card game with depth. lots of unlockable items /character/ modes. multiple charcters , multiple difficulty levels , tons of items to unlock. not too easy, and not to difficult. it's a good challenge. I could see my self getting 60 to 120 hrs out of this.

Simply put, this is a perfect game. At any time you can select anything in the game and an explanation will pop up. Gameplay is clear and straightforward. Each character has their own unique play style, along with multiple potential powers to further increase variety. Challenges each act like their own additional characters. Visuals and sound are interesting and evocative. The amount of value for the price is unbelievable. The ultimate distillation of the roguelike deck builder.

This game is good, but heavily luck driven. Been slogging away at one character with one power for upwards of 50 runs now and can't beat it. I get that it's meant to be challenging, but when the cards come at you so randomly, it can just unforgivingly drop a 9 monster on you and you have absolutely no way to react. I still keep hitting "Retry" so maybe that says more about me than the game. Still wish there was a little more balance than RNG.
