Soothsayer is a character generator and companion app for the MÖRK BORG ttrpg. Spend time handcrafting the perfect hero to take on MÖRK BORG's many perils, or simply press a button that spits out an unfortunate wretch to serve as your plaything. It makes no difference, as all will perish in time. Skip basic arithmetic with automatic attack, defense, and power rolls. Easily browse the list of weapons, armor, and other equipment, or create your own accursed artifacts. Don't use classes because you are not special. Don't use omens because fate smiles not upon you. Die deep in the guts of some massive fortress or lair. Easily create a new character and pick up right where you left off.

Note: This app does not currently support character classes or omens.

Ratings and reviews

I love how easy it is to add and utilize items, as well as add and remove scores of PCs... but I also have firearms for the rich and foolhardy.... how do I make ammunition for the weapons add to the uses of the item like arrows do for bows?

Good features, easy to use interface. Definitely has the Mörk Borg aesthetic. Im not sure if i just cant find it but it seems that you cannot make characters with classes. It's not a huge problem, the app was fres after all. I like it, would like to see classes in the future. 👍

Alright, I don't normally write reviews for apps, but this one stands out due to being one of the only Mörk Borg apps out there. And it works perfectly. This is, I kid you not, a ONE BUTTON character creator at it's simplest, and a fully customizable Mörk Borg experience at it's finest. The one button creation is a very nice way to get new players to sit down at the table and play a one-shot, and the customizability of everything else makes it just that much easier to track everything.
