This app is pointless. I used it twice and just useless. They asked me if the person I have an appointment knows that they have an appointment with me. It's just ridiculous , so why even have the app. The app confirms and appoints you a person, but the people dont even know, and I spent 4 hours and not a single damn update on the app at all. I took screenshots to show. Do not recommend it.

this is the worst gap insurance process ever. I will make sure no one deals with this company again. I have sent several messages no one responds they ignore you. the app is not even functional, Definitely will be contacting the bbb for this Disgusting business. if you get gap make sure it is not through this company. nothing but bad experience only one person has helped me but that is after I have contacted them. wast of time money what app?
