Was running smoothly at first but now I seem to have a camera that crashes every few weeks. Still can't figure out why. Least tech support has been helpful. Says camera is connected but when I get to connected screen it times out. Go to troubleshoot a d can't find the camera on our network. Tried hard wired and still ends up failing. Motor is working. Seems like big software issue. First year we had the camera there was no issues with it. Just the past month or two I find it crashing and failing

App used to work great when I first got it in 2021 and two cameras...now the extra storage we pay for is not viewable. Also, since the last app updated, it now completely sucks, frequently crashes and saved data is gone, as if there was no activity all day. And I'm tired of having to log back in so often, it's tedious.

I thought this would be a great camera when I bought it, but it isn't easy to set up. I had trouble setting it up. I spent ages trying to connect it to my phone and wifi. After a while, it disconnected from everything, and I couldn't reconnect. Now it's in my draw and I'm looking for a simpler camera. It shouldn't be that hard to do.
