Over the last several years, I have noticed the app is slow to notify. Meaning, I am already inside a facility before I get the alert. Yes, the app has full permissions and I have marked it to not have battery optimization. I am logged into the app and the app version is 3.11.0 build 264. OS version 16 API Level 36. All notifcation settings on and when I am within is set to 1640 feet (highest).

This used to be a great app, but now you can't even get it to open correctly. Freezes every time you open and can't access the settings menu to check the settings. The notification feature isn't working at all. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still not working. To bad, had it for about 4 years, hate to see it not working...

Hello,
An update to fix this issue is now available. Thanks for your patience!

Just let me use this as a reference, I don't need alerts. It alerts every time I go to Walmart because amc is next door. Because the alerts use location the app nags about battery optimization exception and won't let you use the app at all unless you add the exception. Very good info hidden behind a poor user experience.

Hi Jasen,
All you need to do is go into your profile settings in the app, and turn off "Proximity Alerts". That will prevent the app from using any background battery or processing power to alert you about them.
