this app has always been difficult to use and is unreliable. You just never know when it's going to work or not. I have to change my password almost every time I use the app. The easy way to see your ID card on the sign in page has old policy cards. The app never connects your biometrics in order to make logging in easier despite logging in with your password and saying yes to biometrics. I have absolutely hated this app from the start.

I've tried to pay through the app the last few months, hoping the issues I've experienced would be resolved. Unfortunately, it still fails to open—when selected, it briefly loads and then returns to the app menu. The convenience of paying without needing to remember my password was a major benefit that's now lost.

Absolutely horrific. I haven't been able to get my agent on the phone since my initial sign up. He was very active with emailing me when trying to cross sell an overpriced life insurance policy. Ever since, I cannot get an email response for anything related to my policy. Terrible APP, WORSE service. Run, do not engage.
