this app has always been difficult to use and is unreliable. You just never know when it's going to work or not. I have to change my password almost every time I use the app. The easy way to see your ID card on the sign in page has old policy cards. The app never connects your biometrics in order to make logging in easier despite logging in with your password and saying yes to biometrics. I have absolutely hated this app from the start.

Does nothing to enable biometrics. "Pay Bill" just brings you to a payment page where I'm required enter the policy number (why of I'm already logged in?) and nothing identifying the policy holder. It is like they didn't want to spend any money on the app.

***UPDATE 11/1/25*** I don't understand why they cannot make the BIOMETRIC login work. I thought maybe it was just MY phone, but I got a new Android phone, and it still doesn't work. WHY IS THIS SO HARD TO RESOLVE? --------------------- This is one buggy app, and it WILL NOT remember the Biometrics login. --------------------- UPDATE 9/7/25...I don't understand why they can't fix the BIOMETRIC login feature. I thought I was my phone, but it behaves the same on my new one...UGH!
