I wanted to like the app because overall it seems to be well designed. (Except for not being able to find a logout button) However, what's the point when it won't show all my policies? It shows auto & home but not my inland marine on tractor...which is #1 reason we joined TX Farm Bureau almost 2 decades ago.

When the app works, it is great but now it won't show my insurance card. I have to log into the website from the app. The entire reason I wanted to use the app was so that I didn't have to log into the webpage. I don't hate the app just frustrated that the insurance card is unable to load from the app. Looks like I am back to carrying a copy with me at all times.

Why does my password need to be 16 letters long!?! I guess ill be calling in payments to an agent every month
