This is one buggy app, and it WILL NOT remember the Biometrics login. UPDATE 9/7/25...I don't understand why they can't fix the BIOMETRIC login feature. I thought I was my phone, but it behaves the same on my new one...UGH!

I've tried to pay through the app the last few months, hoping the issues I've experienced would be resolved. Unfortunately, it still fails to open—when selected, it briefly loads and then returns to the app menu. The convenience of paying without needing to remember my password was a major benefit that's now lost.

Its requiring me to put in my bank info everytime I pay my bill instead of saving the info. Then it tried processing a wrong account number that was entered incorrect and wouldnt let me cancel. I attempted 3 times with the correct info and it rejected my payment till i increased the payment amount. Then TFB sebt me a refund for the correct transaction, dont know why. but when the incorrect tried processing, they also sent me a bounce check fee for their app being stupid. :/
