This app does not work with my Samsung Galaxy Note 8, because my phone is 6 years old since it came on the market. I have had our for 3 years and I'm not upgrading it anytime soon because it works great with all my other apps. Only txu has issues and i cannot access my account anymore. I have had txu since 2007 and will probably change providers soon because of this problem. This problem was told to me by a technician when I called to complain that I was not able to pay or view my statements

Hi Mary, We suffered a glitch but it is now fixed. Be sure to update to the latest version (3.3.0) and re-login. Let our customer care team know at +18774722898 if you continue to face problems.

Okay so there are a lot of things I do like about this app. It has a much more up to date look to it and does not take long to open. It has also made it really easy to keep track of energy usage and compare bills. The reason I have given it a 2 star review is that the info either doesn't load quickly or the app freezes and I have to close it. This app has the potential to be really great but until the loading issues inside the app are fixed it's barely usable.

I mainly use the app as an easy way to pay my bill and view my usage. It does both of those much easier than the old one, it's the first thing you see. It fits my needs better and has a sleek modern UI compared to the old one. The addition of Touch ID is great as well, Much easier to quickly log in, pay my bill, and move on with my day.
