It works! I was concerned because of the other reviews that said it had problems connecting. I am running a Pixel 7. I first turned on the motor box (with a fully charged battery), and then turned on the joystick controller. Then I tried the app, and realized that the joystick controller had "taken over" and I had to turn it off for the app to pair. It paired quickly and functions just as described.

As other reviews have said, there are issues with connectivity. The premise of the app looks exciting, but if it can't connect with the robot, then unfortunately, the app is useless.

Downlaaded the app, tried to pair it via Bluetooth with the toy, keep having an error message. Without pairing, the app is useless, and the toy have only remote control, but not other features from the app. Also, the app keep asking for localization, which I don't see any reason to allow. Quite dissatisfied
