Am so disappointed in you guys services...my brother has been trying to verify his account with you guys and you keep rejecting his IDs and it's really frustrating and he can't withdraw until he is verified. And he has bills to pay with his money stuck in his wallet....am really pissed off right now...Check your system or server to see if it's having problems verifying peoples ID.

I realize that I have to send multiple emails to customer service to get a response back. I'm not happy about that, however, I'm glad that they finished the job. I hope for them to be better at customer services. I also hope that they can add some other security feature options other than email to receive, send, deposit, transfer, etc. I was in a situation that my Google email account didn't work. With a situation like that, it makes TygaPay almost worthless to have.

Hi Antonio, Thank you for the feedback and we apologize on the delay. Yes we have added 2fa too and our new base system goes live next week. Gives Bank withdrawals , Cards, Etc
