Am so disappointed in you guys services...my brother has been trying to verify his account with you guys and you keep rejecting his IDs and it's really frustrating and he can't withdraw until he is verified. And he has bills to pay with his money stuck in his wallet....am really pissed off right now...Check your system or server to see if it's having problems verifying peoples ID.

Kudos!!! for such a powerful wallet that can be used similar to Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo, but with only $1 transaction fee. There's nothing else out there like this technology.

I made a deposit in btc, I wanted to make an urgent transfer, this app can't swap from btc to any other crypto currency, and I cant transfer my btc back to another address, customer support is a bit slow, they use Gmail. I am about to give up on my btc. I wouldn't recommend this app
