Have had to keep reinstalling because it stops accepting anything and just says 'unknown error' So glad won't have to waste anymore data on installing an app that doesn't work anymore.

The request is Invalid. Helpful. Reeks of make it a complicated as possible so that claims dont get paid out. Well done. 2024, script kiddie level application for submitting important documents.

Logging in was easy. Setting up the banking info was frustrating as the screen kept refreshing each time I went to another window to check my bank account details. I don't have my transit, institution and account numbers memorized so looked them up, wrote them down, and then transcribed into this app. You could save us a step by preventing the refresh when the app regains focus. Increased to 4 stars for adding file upload for receipts. Well done!
