About this app

The Versatrans My Stop mobile app provides access to bus information and student ridership data. My Stop accesses GPS data and gives parents and guardians secure access to information on where their child’s school bus is and what time it is expected to be at their stop. My Stop also provides notifications when a student scans on or off the bus, or when the bus is late leaving the garage. School districts can also send mass notifications to all subscribed users to inform them of general information such as school delays and closings.

Versatrans My Stop is only available to families in school districts that use Versatrans to manage student transportation. Ask your district if they provide their parents with access to Versatrans My Stop.

Ratings and reviews

To call this an app is a stretch. It does not update location while looking at it. If you leave the app and come back, it drops to the login screen saying login error. You have to close and open it again. The ETA varies so wildly every time you look that you can't even really use it. Just this morning, the ETA changed by 5 minutes in 2 minutes of checking. The actual location of the bus is also around 5 minutes delayed. We would be better off not having it, this app is a safety concern with kids

This app is super unreliable. Example, today it said we had missed the bus, despite us being at the stop ten minutes early. After waiting around for quite a while, we rearranged work schedules to drive the kids to school. I contacted the transportation department, who stated that the bus had actually been running 28 minutes late, so the app information was about as wrong as it possibly could have been. These types of issues have been constant for the 3yrs we have been attempting to use it. 0/10

This app never works, doesn't show where the bus is or moving, then pops up, the bus already pass the stop while watching for 20 minutes before arrival time every minute up to the arrival time, but no GPS movement. it could be pouring down rain 🌧 or freezing cold, and I have to make child go out and wait not knowing if the bus is running late (which it is usually is, or sometime early), but can't tell because the GPS doesn't work as it should. This App needs a serious update ASAP!!
