What’s new

1. Fixed map marker rotations: checkpoint labels stay upright, pins rotate correctly; racer info box stays readable while map rotates.
2. Localization improvements: location permission dialog and multiple screens now respect system language (EN/TH) with proper L10n strings.
3. Stability/UX tweaks: added validation for map tile base URL to prevent invalid URI errors.
