TytoCare is a telehealth solution that enables a comprehensive medical exam and telehealth visit, anytime and anywhere.
It includes the hand-held Tyto device for examining the heart, lungs, ears, throat, skin, heart rate and temperature, and the TytoCare App for storing exam data, sharing it with a physician, and conducting a live video telehealth exam. By enabling a comprehensive remote exam and visit, TytoCare is greatly expanding the range of conditions that can now be reliably diagnosed via telehealth.
TytoCare also includes features that help users monitor ongoing health conditions, such as tracking symptoms, completing health questionnaires, and receiving reminders related to their care.

Our company (Hospital) suggested this product to their employees. Curious, I purchased and used it for my family. I was happy when the product was working. It was very innovative and made virtual visits easier and accessible. I thought it was a very good product. Unfortunately recently I have had log in issues and the app no longer recognizes the device. Their IT support has been unable to assist me. I guess they gave up when they left me on hold for an hour and 15 min.

Originally, I was skeptical of this device when I began receiving emails from BCBS aout the program. Because lets face it what insurance company gives you free equipment and free examinations in this day & age, right?!? But I relented & decided why not try it & hoped for the best that I wasn't getting scammed. The set up & practice exam is very easy to complete. I'm excited about saving myself a copay, using the device in the comfort of my own space & not having to go into a doctor's office.

received new from meuhedet the setup sent a verification code entered code it then ask for another code . it never sent the device would not pair kept asking for some scan code 😕 . total junk doesn't work . totally useless waste of money . way too complicated for us old people.
