This is an english only game which is a country governing simulation game happening on imaginary countries. You are starting in a country after elections which your party won. And it's your choices which will pave the road of the country. You can even change from democracy to dictatorship or get couped on the way. In the end you need to keep every group in the country happy while doing it.
