This is the digital home to your UNIT 1 devices. In here you can supercharge your U1 gear with a digital power-up: customizing lighting effects with color, behavior & animations across all your U1 devices, monitoring battery levels in real time, controlling sensor sensitivity & power consumption and finally, activating Crash Alerts to give your loved ones peace of mind. You can keep it simple and use our pre-loaded presets or jump into the rabbit hole and personalize every single setting to suit your riding style. Do all of this with digital avatars of your actual gear – matching color & everything – that dance before your eyes and follow whatever the physical product does, in real time.

6/25/26: App WAS great. Until the most recent update. There was a specific configuration I had, and they removed it. I also had spent a long time making my presets. They deleted those. I'm a safe rider, but if a safety tool company wants to prioritize the "streamlined app experience" over actual safety features, so be it. I'll be buying a different company's helmet in the future if this stays as is. 8/19/26 (after being replied to): I do not see any significant changes for greater options.

Galaxy S23 Ultra, I haven't been experiencing any of the connection issues others have, it reconnects every time. I set up the lights the one way I want them and then basically never use the app again. Not using crash detection either. One actual complaint I have about the apps UI design... if I start making a new preset where it is asking me to input a name, I have no way to actually back out of that screen. back commands don't respond and I have to force close the app.

I saw the bad reviews and decided to try the app anyways with my Neon 1 helmet. The app scans and finds it but its stuck on the section describing the helmet having 3 preset modes, which DO NOT WORK out of the box as claimed, pressing the power button after the helmet is on doesn't do anything. It found the wrong helmet based on the image displayed. So I click "Skip" in the app and it cycles back to the beginning! I'm telling my wife to return this overpriced helmet that tech bros likely ruined.
