Ratings and reviews

The app updated itself today and wiped out details to log in and transfer money! Other drawbacks are I need to select destination currency every time I log in. If I want to track a transaction it does not provide with a drop down list. I need to remember the multi digit reference number in order to fetch tracking details. Not user friendly. Else it is very convenient instead of going to the branch each time to transfer. And as of now no transfer charges are being applied.

In the world of digital transformation, this is one of the slowest functioning app which takes 3x times more than their branches to complete a transaction. If anyone wants to use the slowest means of transferring money overseas, there cannot be any better app than this. By any chance you had to use this app, be sure you will have to wait for atleast a week to get the money, keep following up to receive auto generated replies.

Was always unintuitive but worked. Just. Now is so bad its unusable. Don't go into branch. They also don't know. Terrible. Use another transfer service instead. Update. I have tried again every week. Old website new website and app. None work. There is no contact email to get someone to look at it. On here people reply to offer help but they don't offer any contact details so there is clearly no desire to fix things. A shame as the rates are still the best I found.
