Transaction verification (top up balance) should be improved until realtime. I have to repeat the transaction that I want to pay, because the top up balance takes quite a long time (+/- 15 minutes). We have to make sure our balance is really enough before paying, because don't expect to be able to top up right away. There are only 1 bank virtual account. It's better to add another bank.

I've made an UANGKU account just only to order food via traveloka, as this is the only option of e-wallet on it. They instructed to transfer the balance to smartfren telecom bank acct for top up, it is quite strange coz most of e-wallet app always using a virtual acct #. After transferred, it doesn't shows on the app even Ive waited for 30mnts long. Then I must back & forth emailing the CS & reupload the transfer proof via traveloka which took 1 1/2 hours until the updated balance appear 😔

Big No For this app: 1. Any top up to this account there will be additional charge. 2. Transfering: bank account to bank account. It is costly also. High cost. 3. The only payment we can do using this app is mobile top up. It is also do not have any details in what kind of transaction in the history that we as user made. So all the notification is unclear. It is also cost to much. 4. To upgrade service: they asked us to come physically to their offce. Not efficient at all. Oh my...come'on!!!
