The app makes the vape beep, that's great! Here's why I gave two stars: One, the app is buggy. My wife and I have almost identical phones - hers won't work with the app AT ALL. Mine worked right away. This hasn't changed and if she's trying to find it, we have to use my phone, this is silly. Two, and the biggest issue, is that your app demands PRECISE location, ALL THE TIME. Now I get a pop up every time I open the app because allowing it "while I'm using the app" isn't good enough for you.

When it asks you to update you cannot hit no. And it doesnt actually update. It puts a pig popup on your screen that says "downloading firmware" and it never progresses past that. You can't ring your pen while this is happening either. This has been going on for maybe a week now. Not the first issue I've had with this company.

had a rough start with pairing and battery issues. Support was helpful and after troubleshooting it's seems to be working well. I think the app can do more for the info it asks for personally. Anyway, the pen is durable and the magnet is handier than you know! 🙂
