Can't get the app to open. Tried installing it several times to no avail. $2000 piece of equipment that o can't set up because the app won't work. Sounds like it's because I have an android phone but I'm not getting a new phone for a one time setup.

The Tailbeacon is wired in and is great. I had a small problem getting it configured in the beginning, but all is well. Let me tell you about it... I made one phone call after I ran up against a brick wall. I left my phone number on a recorder. Less than a hour later, "Lou C" called me. He was a very interesting person to meet and talk to. He was professional and not in a hurry to get rid of me. He casually talked me through the setup process which I understood the way he presented it to me.

Beyond worthless. Tried to configure with 2 different android devices, after wasting two days tech support advised probably easier to do it with an apple device.
