The newly launched app was specifically curated to meet customers’ banking needs by providing them with easy access to seamless banking transactions and a range of products and services without the need to visit the branch. The digital app which will be rolled out across four phases, will provide customers with an exceptional banking experience at their fingertips. The features of the app will include a digital customer on-boarding by scanning their personal documents such as CPR, passport, driver’s license, domestic transfers and bill payments through Fawri, Fawri+ and Fawateer, international and internal transfers within the bank, top-up using multiple payment services, credit card payment, as well as cards and accounts management. In addition, the new digital app will also include home page customization, web login using QR code, multiple account login, saving payments as shortcuts, performing actions outside the app, as well as credit card payment using different payment channels, among many other features.

Can't update my ID in the app. After going through the long process just to confirm your identity, the request fails and the error message mentions that there is no residence permit exp date defined. I'm Bahraini!

My CPR expired and the app wont allow me to log in .. I renew it and tried to upload it but to update my CPR it requested me to upload my signature !! Never saw a bank application that will stop working if your ID card is expired and even worst if you want to upload the new one it will request a face authintication and a signature !!! I am dealing with 3 other banks and non of them have this requirements in their apps !!

Not useful app. I have a credit card, but can't register with it. You can register only if you have debit card or bank account!
