The app doesn't work for bidirectional meters, in the places where solar plant is installed. kindly update to show the exported units also.

The app does no provide consumption on day to day basis. Many a times, the meter reader does not record accurate reading, the consumer may be interested in daily consumption chart for a particular month. Secondly, it will be better if the app works also on PC. The WLAN will download quickly as compared to the mobile phone with WiFi (which will be much slower). Further to this, the photograph of the consumer is not properly loaded.

This app does not even let a customer register. Sends an OTP on email which never reach email. Very strange when the whole world sends OTP on registred telephone numbers the tech wizards behind this app decide to send on OTP on email. Looks like no one tested the same if emails actually go or not. Third class work on this app God only knows how efficient the so called smart meters are given the IT support expereinced on this good for nothing app.
