About this app

Due to a recent policy change by Google, OS 4.1 or higher can be used.

☆ Mobile phone certificate service YubiKey is charged a monthly fee of 990 won (VAT included) every month when you download and sign up for the service. SKT and KT budget phone users can use Google's regular subscription for 1,100 won (VAT included).

☆ With one mobile phone certificate service (UBIKey) app, customers of the three mobile carriers SKT, KT, and LG U+ can use the certificates stored in the APP and USIM.

☆ If a service interruption or adb debugging related message pops up, please update to a new app.


☆★ Ability to save the certificate saved on the smartphone to the APP or USIM

By saving the certificate stored on your smartphone (smartphone NPKI folder) in the mobile phone certificate service APP or USIM, you can safely sign electronically in places where a certificate is required, such as login/financial transactions/identification.

First, save the issued certificate in the mobile phone certificate service APP, and then when you need a certificate for certificate login, financial transaction, identity verification, or e-commerce payment on the PC web, transfer the certificate saved on the smartphone to the PC through the [mobile phone icon] in the certificate window. It can be used conveniently and safely on a wide variety of affiliated sites, including major banks, credit card companies, insurance, PG, and public institutions.
It is also linked to smartphone banking apps and can be used at some banks.

※ How to use

- Save the certificate to your smartphone

1. Download the mobile phone certificate service and run the application
2. Click the mobile phone icon in the PC certificate window and enter the smartphone number.
3. Select the certificate saved on the PC hard disk and enter the smartphone number and certificate password.
4. Enter the 16-digit security number generated on your smartphone into the PC window.
5. Certificate saved to smartphone


- Use your smartphone’s certificate

1. Run the mobile phone certificate service application on your smartphone
2. Click the mobile phone icon in the PC certificate window and enter the smartphone number.
3. Enter the 16-digit security number generated on your smartphone into the PC window.
4. Certificate from smartphone has been transferred to PC.
5. Enter the certificate password in the window of your PC


@ Certificate issuance/storage/electronic signature function within USIM through [Security Token]

After saving or issuing a certificate in the USIM of a smartphone, when a certificate is required for certificate login, financial transaction, identity verification, or e-commerce payment on the PC web, electronically sign with the USIM certificate through the [security token icon] in the certificate window. do.


※ How to use

- Save certificate to USIM

1. Download the mobile phone certificate service and run the application
2. Click the security token icon in the PC’s certificate window and enter your smartphone number.
3. Select the certificate saved on the PC hard disk and enter the smartphone number and certificate password.
4. Generate 8-digit security token service password
5. Enter the 16-digit security number generated on your smartphone into the PC window.
6. The certificate has been saved to the smartphone USIM area.


- Electronically sign with a certificate stored in USIM

1. Click the security token icon in the PC’s certificate window and enter your smartphone number.
2. Run the mobile phone certificate (storage) service application
3. Enter the security token service password in the certificate window of your PC.
4. Select the electronic signature confirmation button on your smartphone
5. Electronic signature completed with the certificate stored in USIM




> YubiKey, a mobile phone certificate service that combines two functions in one APP, is provided at the same rate as the existing service.

> Certificates in the smartphone memory area (NPKI folder) can also be saved in APP/USIM without a PC connection.
