About this app

EasyCheck is a field work management solution that manages on-site tasks within a single app.

It consolidates scattered tasks—from quality checks to inventory, material calculations, and attendance—into one place, helping field managers and team members work more efficiently.

[Quality Checks]

· Register on-site quality checks and check their progress status in real-time.

· Gain a clear overview of the site status through inspection history and dashboards.

[Inventory Management]

· View inventory of chemicals, consumables, equipment, and materials, and record inflows and outflows.

· Identify items with shortages and replenish them in a timely manner.

[Material Calculation]

· Easily calculate chemical usage and materials required for regular cleaning.

· Record and manage calculation results.

[Clock-in/Attendance]

· Easily process clock-in and clock-outs using various methods, such as QR codes. (GPS location support coming soon)

· Check working hours and shift schedules, and request attendance corrections.

[Leave/Approval]

· Apply for vacation and compensatory leave, and check remaining days. · Check approval requests and process approvals and delegations.

What’s new

- 화면 아래 메뉴가 「홈 · 빠른 메뉴 · 출퇴근 · 현장점검 · 전체 메뉴」 5개가 되었습니다. 「출퇴근」 · 「현장점검」은 누르면 바로 열립니다.
- 「간편」 메뉴의 이름을 「빠른 메뉴」로 바꿨습니다.
- 「전체 메뉴」에서 「+」가 있는 줄은 눌러서 펼치고 「−」로 접습니다.
- 앱을 다시 열면 마지막에 고른 「홈」이나 「빠른 메뉴」로 열립니다.
- 작업자를 배정할 때 그 점검 건을 맡은 팀의 직원이 나옵니다. 퇴사한 직원은 나오지 않습니다.
- 현장점검 QR 화면에서 「웹에서 열기」를 누르면 제보 화면이 열립니다.
- 처음 로그인하면 사용할 비밀번호로 바꾸는 화면이 나옵니다.
