Users can create channels that can be private or public where they can mention the particular person for getting their attention using @ sign, If someone mentions you in a particular message you can redirect to that message easily as that message is placed into the notification as well.
Not just a team communication but also communicating with members outside your organization be it clients/ vendors and more(It helps in enhancing team communication as well as communication with clients/vendors).
Users can upload photos, videos, and attachments with a single click, they can take live photos as well and attach that along with chat.
Users can add their contacts as favorites to avoid searching and make it hassle free.
Users can create a new organization where they can invite people whom they want, in a single application they can switch to a different organization.

- Users can set themselves as a DND by selecting a particular time.
